I’m often trying to find or remember useful CRM add-ons that I’ve evaluated, seen, reviewed or read about. So here’s one page listing them all…

Or you can look for Microsoft Dynamics CRM add-ons in PinPoint. PinPoint isn’t the easiest solution for search for CRM add-ons just yet, but hopefully this will be improved when the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Marketplace launches later in 2010.

    On August 1st we will release Data2CRM SL4, this release has a behind the firewall feature and no longer requires the OnPremise organization be in IFD mode or accessible outside the firewall.

    Also, it will do ODBC connections to SQL, Access, Exce, etc. Timed data imports to pull data in from a source on a schedule. Large file – no practical limit to the number of rows or columns in a source file.

    I was searching the Internet for a solution that could transform MS Dynamics CRM into ITIL-conformant Service Desk and found this post:

      Hi Dmitry, thanks for your comment. I’ve updated the site with a link to C360 ITSM which is one of the few ITIL-based IT service management add-ons I’m aware of. Another was developed by Columbus IT Brazil but, which was acquired by AlfaPeople, but I haven’t been able to find any further information about it.

    Can you put Dealmaker under Sales Area – Provide Target Account Selling and Infomentis Sales Methodologies inside MS CRM – TAS is the only vendor who can put these methodologies inside MS CRM legally. Dealmaker has been known as a Sales Accelators in the past.

      Hi Rupert, if I’ve evaluated or implemented an add-on for a customer, or met the vendor and watched a demo, or got a recommendation from a trusted CRM pro, then it goes on my list. As soon as DealMaker meets one of those conditions, it’ll go on the list too.

        Thanks – as a company we have trained 750,000 sales reps in Target Account Selling Methodology so hopefully you will come across a company who would likes to mirror that inside their MS CRM.

    Hi Neil,
    Would it be possible to update our listing under the Mobile CRM section? With CWR Mobility’s latest release (version 5.1) we now support Android devices. Thanks!
